Do I have the choice of which reviews get published?

The choice to publish reviews from an Insider campaign is all or nothing. If results are lower than expected, you can opt not to publish, make changes internally, and run your survey again in a few weeks or months.

How is the survey sent to my employees?

Insider sends survey invitations to your employees via email. Employees who haven't completed the survey will receive periodic reminders automatically while you receive daily status updates on participation.

Can I see which employee left each review?

Name and email are removed to ensure your employees have an outlet to provide honest, authentic reviews. This helps give you a more accurate view of your workplace culture and provides your employees with the opportunity to leave constructive feedback.
